We are therefore committed to expand this pool by offering YOU financial incentives (see terms below) that drive our continued success. Please submit as many Candidates as you like - the sky's the limit! The Johnson Doyle & Associates' Bonus program works on a contingency basis, meaning we pay you a fee for Candidates you submit to us who are hired by our Client companies on a permanent basis within 180 days of your submittal of the résumé or Candidate information to Johnson Doyle & Associates. To take advantage of our Bonus program, send the
candidate's résumé (if available) via email to
kay@jdacareers.com with "Bonus" in the Subject line. Your message should include the following:
For your submittal to be eligible for our Bonus program, the Candidate should know in advance that Johnson Doyle & Associates will be contacting them, based on your introduction; should be tentatively interested in the position, and should be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of the U.S., to the best of your knowledge. The Bonus program fee will be mailed to you in the form of a corporate check, on the first day of the Candidate's employment with our Client company. The fee shall be a minimum of $2000, negotiable on a case by case basis. This amount can be documented in advance for your edification. Should the hired Candidate be terminated or terminate his employment within three months (90 days) of the start date, with the exception of a company lay-off or down-sizing, YOU will refund the full Bonus program fee payable to Johnson Doyle & Associates. This refund should be mailed within 30 days of the hired candidate's last day of employment to the US Postal Service mail address on our Contact page.
