Kay Doyle-Johnson has more than a dozen years of software and technology experience in Silicon Valley and Boston's Route 128. Prior to launching Johnson Doyle & Associates, Kay was VP of Recruiting at a Silicon Valley Start-Up, where she worked with numerous Web, E-Commerce and New Media companies, as well as clients such as Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard.

As Corporate Recruiting Manager at Clarify, Inc., Kay gained industry recognition for hiring 350 employees in just 15 months. She implemented hiring processes, a successful employee referral program, and led seminars in Advanced Behavioral Interviewing, resulting in improved candidate selection and employee retention.

Before her successful career in Recruiting, Kay worked in Software Project Management, Release Engineering Management, and GUI Design, so she is expertly qualified to locate, screen, and hire technically-savvy individuals or teams.

Kay has a Psychology Degree and is a graduate of the Victoria College of Music and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. During downtime she enjoys her vast and eclectic music and book collections, movies (modern, vintage and "noir"), and traveling in Europe and her native UK.

Kay owns a lovely cottage, circa 1820, in the historic village of Haworth, West Yorkshire, UK. The cottage sits on the cobbled Main Street of Haworth, two blocks from the Brontë Parsonage, the childhood home of Charlotte, Emily and Ann Brontë.
